AICS Expands Footprint Acquiring Three Regional Inventory Services

Accurate Inventory and Calculating Service (“AICS”) announced today that it has acquired NIS of Maine, Supermarc Inventory Service and Metro Inventory Service.
Headquartered in Miami, AICS is primarily engaged in providing inventory control, counting and reporting services of the highest quality to its clients in various classes of trade. Over the last 40 years, AICS has grown from a small family business into a firm with expanding operations that currently encompass 20 states from Florida to Maine along the Eastern Seaboard, the Tennessee Valley, Puerto Rico and the Eastern Caribbean. With a current workforce of approximately 600 and state of the art hardware and software for the inventory industry, the company’s services appeal to a broad range of customers – from large chains with considerable inventories, data collections and servicing requirements to regional and independent operators.
NIS, Supermarc and Metro are all engaged in providing inventory control, counting and reporting services to various retail classes of trade. Their respective geographic footprints cover New England, the Northeast and the Tennessee Valley. The closing of these transactions strongly positions AICS for the future by combining three more organizations with AICS in addition to other companies previously added. AICS uses RF (radio frequency) state of the art data transmission for its inventory auditing services. Other services include full store price verifications, mini scans for pricing accuracy and manager self checking of shelf audits-buddy system recounts.

International Business Brokerage and Realty Inc. is pleased to announce that Addison Capital Partners has recapitalized Accurate Inventory and Calculating Services, Inc. and Independent Inventory Service, Inc.

Miami, Fl – April 15, 2009

International Business Brokerage and Realty Inc. (“IBBR”) announced today that Addison Capital Partners (“ACP”) has concurrently merged and recapitalized the businesses of Accurate Inventory and Calculating Services, Inc. and Independent Inventory Service, Inc. (collectively “AICS” or the “Company”). Acquisition financing was provided by Banyan Mezzanine and Jefferson Capital. Transaction terms were not publicly disclosed.
